Terms and conditions of CASIO Spring Lucky Draw:
1. 1. CASIO Spring Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is from January 16, 2023, 00:00 to March 22, 2023, 23:59, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Lucky Draw will be executed on March 22, 2023 (“Lucky Draw Period”) and is determined based on the time record of the system of the Lucky Draw’s system.
2. Only customers (“Participants”)who have registered warranty of CASIO timepiece, CASIO calculator or CASIO label printer at Jebsen Consumer Products Co. Ltd. (“The Company”) are eligible for the Lucky Draw. For terms and conditions, please visit https://hk.jebsenconsumer.com/terms-and-conditions.
3. Each Participant is required to make a purchase of CASIO timepiece, CASIO calculator or CASIO label printer at designated merchant and register the Company’s warranty for the Lucky Draw entry. The warranty must be registered online on the Company’s official website www.jebsenconsumer.com with an eligible merchant sales receipt.

5. Within the promotional period, each product that is purchased through an authorized distributor is entitled to a single warranty registration and a lucky draw entry. While unlimited entries per person are allowed, each eligible member can only be awarded once.
6. Once registered and admitted to the Lucky Draw, the purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. The result of Lucky Draw will be announced in the Company’s official website, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on March 28, 2023.
8. All Winners will be notified by SMS and email within 3 week to the Winner’s correspondence mobile phone number and email address according to the warranty registration record at the time of sending. Winner must ensure their correspondence mobile phone number and email address are valid and correct.
9. Winner is required to present the SMS/ email notification, the original receipt and warranty card/ sticker, according to details stated on the notification to redeem the prize.
10. Prizes are not entitled for sales and cannot be transferred, replaced, substituted (in whole or in part), and redeemed for cash or any other items. Prizes received by winners will not be replaced if damaged, lost, stolen, or expired.
11. Winner is required to redeem the prize in the period on or before April 28, 2023, during specified office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 12:30, 14:30 – 17:00). The redemption center is located at 21/F Hysan Place, 500 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
12. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found or suspected of taking part in the Lucky Draw using a false identity or attempting to use any program to influence the Lucky Draw process or results. The Company also reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from such person.
13. The Company shall have no legal liability relating to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise and whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with the Lucky Draw; any error in computing any chance; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party.
14. The Company shall not be responsible for any failure to notify any winner, whether such failure is caused by the Company's negligence or otherwise or by any human error.
15. The Company reserves the rights to exclude persons who are the directors, officers or employees of the Company, or persons who are engaged in the administration, development, production or distribution of the Lucky Draw to participate in the Lucky Draw or to be awarded any prize.
16. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of the Company which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, the Company reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this Lucky Draw.
17. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
19. Declaration: Personal data supplied by participants will only be used for the administration of this Lucky Draw and will be treated as strictly confidential. The Company reserves the right to publish the winner’s information for announcement purpose.
