Join the 40th anniversary celebrations marking G-SHOCK milestones with a selection of signature revivals in solid, time-tested all-black. In homage to the brand’s evolution, these special designs memorialize iconic models from the past with their names hot-stamped on the band to textural, indented effect. On the DWE-5657, DW-6640, and GA-2140, a side button is engraved with a star in a nod to the 40th anniversary, as is the GA-114 with a star printed on the watch glass. The band and bezel of every model in the line are made with bio-based resins. The 40th anniversary logo designed by Eric Haze is engraved on the case back, and also appears in silhouette when the light button is pressed on the DWE-5657 and DW-6640. With four stars for 40 engraved on the band loop and other special details, these limited-edition timepieces are heirs to G-SHOCK history.

Flare Red Collection - MTG-B3000 and GWG-2000

Introducing the G-SHOCK 40th Anniversary Flare Red — an eruption of fiery color in two limited-edition timepieces celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 1983 G-SHOCK debut. Inspired by the intense power of the solar flare, the MTG-B3000 and GWG-2000 both radiate G-SHOCK brand black and red, delivering the best new technologies from Casio. A multicolor carbon-insert bezel, crafted of layers of carbon and glass fiber sheets containing phosphorescent particles, evokes the massive explosive power of the sun’s surface, yielding a timepiece that radiates with glow-in-the-dark beauty. Individually and uniquely patterned bezel components — no two alike — result in truly one-of-a-kind lightweight watches of rugged strength. Take it even higher with the GWG-2000 bezel components, made of forged carbon fiber with phosphorescent particles to match the bezel with solar flare patterns that glow in the dark.

Eric Haze Collaboration Model

Nothing like a very special collaboration with graffiti artist Eric Haze to help celebrate the G-SHOCK 40th anniversary! Take the GMW-B5000 — the original full-metal take on the first-ever G-SHOCK, the DW-5000C — and add plenty of Eric Haze touches for a specially designed metal watch featuring the artist’s work, in ion-plating and laser engraving. The stainless steel band is ion-plated in black with Haze’s original graphics reproduced in laser-engraved patterns of dots. Small, medium, and large dots combine to create the impression of tonal shading in his characteristic graphic designs splashed across the entire band. The screw-lock case back, coated in diamond-like carbon (DLC), features a logo designed by Haze to commemorate the 40th anniversary of G-SHOCK. Press the light button to reveal Haze’s graffiti tag and enjoy the fade-in/fade-out effect. The watch comes in special packaging adorned with the commemorative anniversary logo designed by the artist himself for a stellar timepiece and incomparable 40th anniversary celebration. * Due to the screw-lock construction of the case back, the logo and lettering may not match up perfectly with the dial.
