Japanese Summer Festivals are always very lively and joyful. Countless festivals are held in numerous places to pray for God’s blessing every year. With the passing of time, the current summer festivals have become an annual celebration of the people. With the aim of bringing the Japanese summer festival vibe to Hong Kong, CASIO has organized the “Summer Festival · Midsummer CASIO Lucky Draw”, allowing users who purchase CASIO products to have an opportunity to participate in a lucky draw. Anyone who completes the online warranty registration after purchasing any CASIO products including watches, calculators and label printers during the promotion period can participate in the lucky draw. The grand prize is worth HK$13,880!

Terms and conditions:

 

1. CASIO Midsummer Festival Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is from July 27, 2020, 00:00 to September 7, 2020, 23:59, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).  Lucky Draw will be executed on September 8, 2020 (“Lucky Draw Period”) and is determined based on the time record of the system of the Lucky Draw’s system.
2. Only customer (“Participant”) who had registered warranty at Jebsen Consumer Products Co. Ltd. (“The Company”) are eligible for the Lucky Draw. For terms and conditions, please visit  https://hk.jebsenconsumer.com/terms-and-conditions.
3. Each Participant is required to make a purchase at designated Hong Kong merchant and register the Company’s warranty for the Lucky Draw entry. The warranty must be registered online on the Company’s official website www.jebsenconsumer.com with an eligible Hong Kong merchant sales receipt.
4. Each eligible sales receipt with a valid warranty registration will entitle the Participant to one lucky draw chance only and each winner is entitled to one prize only.
5. The result of Lucky Draw will be announced in the Company’s official website, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on September 16, 2020.
6. All Winners will be notified by email within 3 weeks to the Winner’s correspondence email address according to the warranty registration record at the time of sending. Winner must ensure their correspondence email address is valid and correct.
7. Winner is required to present the email notification, the original receipt and warranty sticker/ card,  according to details stated on the notification to redeem the prize. 
8. Prizes are not entitled to any warranty coverage, not for sales and cannot be transferred, replaced, substituted (in whole or in part), and redeemed for cash or any other items.
9. Winner is required to redeem the prize on or before October 16, 2020, during specified office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 12:45, 14:00 – 18:00).  The redemption centre is located at 18/F, Tower 2, Grand Century Place, 193 Price Edward Road West, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
10. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found or suspected of taking part in the Lucky Draw using a false identity or attempting to use any program to influence the Lucky Draw process or results. The Company also reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from such person.
11. The Company shall have no legal liability relating to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise and whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with the Lucky Draw; any error in computing any chance; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party.
12. The Company shall not be responsible for any failure to notify any winner, whether such failure is caused by the Company's negligence or otherwise or by any human error.
13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of the Company which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, the Company reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this Lucky Draw.
14. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
16. Declaration: Personal data supplied by participants will only be used for the administration of this Lucky Draw and will be treated as strictly confidential. The Company reserves the right to publish the winner’s information for announcement purpose.
