Terms and conditions of G-SHOCK Invites You to Katch Presents 903 AllStar Basketball Jam Ticket Lucky Draw:
1. G-SHOCK Invites You to Katch Presents 903 AllStar Basketball Jam Tickets Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is from July 18, 2022, 00:00 to August 14, 2022, 23:59, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Lucky Draw will be executed on August 16, 2022 (“Lucky Draw Period”) and is determined based on the time record of the system of the Lucky Draw’s system.
2. Only customers (“Participants”) who have purchased CASIO watches with a single receipt of net value HKD$780 or above at designated merchants in Hong Kong, entered the Lucky Draw through our website by registering English full name (the same as shown on HKID card), email address, Hong Kong mobile phone number, receipt date, product name, invoice number, serial number, purchase amount, uploaded receipt and warranty card or sticker and successfully registered as CASIO member and warranty are eligible for the Lucky Draw. 3. Each Participant is required to make a purchase at designated merchant in Hong Kong and register the Company’s CASIO membership and warranty for the Lucky Draw entry. The CASIO member and warranty registration must be registered online on the Company’s official Lucky Draw website https://www.jebsenconsumer.com/discover/903allstarluckydraw with an eligible merchant sales receipt. Once registered and eligible for the Lucky Draw, the purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. A valid receipt must be issued between July 18, 2022, 00:00 and August 14, 2022, 23:59 by any designated merchants in Hong Kong. The original receipt should clearly show the purchased product name, invoice number, purchase amount, receipt date. If the winners confirmed to have a purchase of HK$780 or above or the designated products in the registration, yet if under verification, the purchase amount is below HK$780 or does not match the amount entered or the designated products quantity does not match the quantity entered, it will result in disqualification.

5. Each eligible single receipt with a valid CASIO member registration will entitle the Participant to one lucky draw chance only and each Participant is entitled to one prize only.
6. The result of Lucky Draw will be announced in the Company’s official website, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on August 22, 2022. A total of one hundred winners will be chosen randomly. All winners will receive 903 AllStar Basketball Jam Tickets (two tickets)
7. All Winners will be notified by SMS and email within 1 week to the Winner’s correspondence mobile phone number and email address according to the CASIO member and warranty registration record at the time of sending. Winner must ensure their correspondence mobile phone number and email address are valid and correct.
8. Winner is required to present the SMS and email notification, the original receipt and warranty card or sticker according to details stated on the notification to redeem the prize.
9. Prizes are not entitled for sales and cannot be transferred, replaced, substituted (in whole or in part), and redeemed for cash or any other items. Prizes received by winners will not be replaced if damaged, lost, stolen, or expired.
10. Winner is required to redeem the prize in the period between August 22, 2022 and August 31, 2022, during specified office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 12:45, 14:30 – 18:00). The redemption center is located at 21/F Hysan Place, 500 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The winner of the prize will be forfeit if the prize is not redeemed within the specified time period.
11. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found or suspected of taking part in the Lucky Draw using a false identity or attempting to use any program to influence the Lucky Draw process or results. Any receipts which are incomplete, fake, copy, broken, reprint, edited, smeared or not within the promotion period will not be accepted. The Company also reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from such person.
12. The Company shall have no legal liability relating to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise and whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with the Lucky Draw; any error in computing any chance; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party.
13. The Company shall not be responsible for any failure to notify any winner, whether such failure is caused by the Company's negligence or otherwise or by any human error.
14. The Company reserves the rights to exclude persons who are the directors, officers or employees of the Company, or persons who are engaged in the administration, development, production or distribution of the Lucky Draw to participate in the Lucky Draw or to be awarded any prize.
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of the Company which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, the Company reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this Lucky Draw.
16. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
18. Declaration: Personal data supplied by participants will only be used for the administration of this Lucky Draw and will be treated as strictly confidential. The Company reserves the right to publish the winner’s information for announcement purpose.
